A profile represents a unique person who can have multiple contact channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.). We count unique profiles, not individual contact methods.

We'll engage up to your plan's unique profile limit each month. If you have more than your cap, we automatically engage the oldest profiles up to the limit; any newer profiles over the cap wait until you upgrade or capacity frees up and the next month starts. A unique profile is any contact with at least one channel available (not unsubscribed/blocked).

Yes.
Upgrade: Anytime, effective immediately. Your unique-profile cap increases right away and the oldest waiting profiles become eligible. Monthly plans are prorated; prepaid starts a new non-refundable term.

Downgrade: Takes effect at the next renewal (next month for monthly; end of term for prepaid).

Switch billing: You can move from monthly → prepaid anytime; prepaid → monthly at renewal.

Note: Slots freed mid-month (e.g., unsubscribes) don’t open capacity until next month.

Yes — via prepaid plans. Pay 12 months upfront and save 20% (or 10% for 6 months, 5% for 3 months). Discounts apply to the platform fee only, are non-refundable, and you can switch to prepaid

Add-Ons are powerful tools you can add to any paid plan to extend functionality. Each Add-On (like Engagement Popups or Tag Manager) includes a base package with specific features and usage limits. You can customize quantities and usage based on your needs, and they're billed separately on the same invoice as your main plan.

Yes. Add-Ons can be added to any paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). During your 14-day free trial, all Add-Ons are enabled with full access so you can test everything before committing.

Add-Ons are billed upfront and added to the same invoice as your main plan. Charges are prorated from the day you add them. If you increase quantities mid-month, the additional cost is added at the end of the current billing cycle. All charges appear together on one unified invoice.

Yes, you can increase quantities anytime and it will be added to your bill at the end of the month. If you decrease quantities, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle (to avoid mid-cycle refunds).
