We had an amazing opportunity to sit down and speak about Ocamba with one of our most successful partners - Coinis. Coinis is a traffic monetization platform for publishers who want to make money with their website, and also an ad network for advertisers and affiliates. Our interlocutor today is Tin Deljanin, Chief Marketing Officer at Coinis.

  • Firstly, I would like to thank you for agreeing to do this interview and for finding time to do it - I know how busy you are.

    Why don’t you tell us something more about yourself and describe what is that you exactly do at Coinis?


Mr Deljanin: My name is Tin Deljanin and I have been part of Coinis for almost 6 years. I started off my career as a media buyer where I performed full-cycle affiliate marketing duties, negotiated with ad-tech companies to obtain best rates and most appropriate online media space for our offers.

After two years I took over position of Business development manager where I was responsible for strategically growing and developing new and existing advertiser accounts, while understanding clients needs and improving the online experience for them in order to increase their revenue.

Then we are coming to my current role of Chief Marketing Officer in our company. I am responsible for the development and execution of various strategies to hit aggressive lead acquisition and revenue goals while supervising a marketing team of strong individuals. Currently marketing team is consisted of 20 amazing people and one dog.


  • You have been using Ocamba for quite some time now, what is the reason you decided on using Ocamba over many similar platforms that are currently available on the market?

Mr Deljanin: Living and working in fast pace environment is a curse and a gift at the same time. Digital transformation is happening, and for many companies this means significant growth in terms of collaborative working and partnership.

Choosing suitable technology provider is not an easy task, rather crucial challenge for the business development. It is important to understand that each business have its own unique preferences and requirements.

After couple of unsuccessful collaborations with several tech providers I believe we were lucky to meet Ocamba team, who were willing to hear our business needs and to develop some of the key features for our vision.

After initial period we understood that Ocamba is capable of delivering a product which is scalable, whit quick response times and attractive service agreements.


  • Could you tell us what do you like the most about Ocamba?

Mr Deljanin: From all good things that I can list about relationship with Ocamba, I would highlight people and great customer service. Offering great customer service is essential if you want to retain customers and grow your business.

Ocamba’s customer service goes far beyond the traditional service desk support agent. They are available via email, web, text message, and social media.

In our case customer support is more than just providing answers, it is also giving a suggestions how to scale up business and maximize revenue stream.


  • Thank you so much for these kind words. Honestly, most of our clients praise our support team and we are well aware that they go above and beyond to keep our clients happy. It is something we insist on through and through.

    When talking Ocamba, one cannot forget to mention its effect on one’s business income. So, could you tell us how did using Ocamba affect Coinis income?


Mr Deljanin: Ocamba has enabled us to optimize our way of monetizing our users in the best possible way by offering us innovative and user friendly solutions.

Ocamba has been extremely useful in our way of sending notification to our final users, especially when it comes to constant changes we have been making when we test different setups.


  • Obviously no product is perfect and we at Ocamba thrive to provide our clients with the best possible solutions across all channels. Is there anything we could do to improve our product in the future?

Mr Deljanin: Since there is a lot of statistics and reports that can be generated through API, providing more of these detailed statistics through your platform could definitely improve our user experience and time needed to generate some reports.
